Fort Foster, Kittery Point Maine Print

Located just off the pier at Fort Foster in Kittery Point, Maine, Wood Island Life Saving Station was once used as a base to save the lives of mariners in distress for more than a century. A little further in the distance sits Whaleback Light, marking the mouth of the Piscataqua River.  The two structures, along with many boats and distant glimpses of the Isles of Shoals offer one of the prettiest views I've ever seen.
