This scenic path meanders the rocky coast from quaint Perkins Cove to the sandy shore of Ogunquit Beach just over a mile away. While it’s a stunning view at any time, I enjoy walking the Marginal Way the most in the off season when a storm is brewing off the coast, causing the surf to roil and the waves to crash into the rocks in a dramatic way. It’s a truly mesmerizing, meditative experience taking in the sweeping view and filling my lungs with the salty air.
