Dahlia Tuber Division Explained

About the workshop:

When you divide your dahlias, you multiply their beauty! Together, we'll demystify the fun, satisfying, and bountiful task of dahlia tuber division in a relaxed setting. Learn about tuber anatomy, how to handle tough clumps, identify viable eyes, and expand your collection exponentially. You'll even get to practice on your own tuber clump and take home all of your new tubers of which the tuber value alone could account for 50-75% or more of your ticket price!

About the instructor:

Jess Cinq-Mars is the owner of Omniflora Farm: a small-scale specialty dahlia farm in York, Maine. She believes that seasonality is beautiful, community is powerful, and flowers are for everyone. Directions to the location:

The Lehoux Art gift shop/gallery space is located at 1662 Post Road in Wells, Maine within Abenaki Professional Park. As you enter the campus, follow the drive around the left side to the parking lot behind the rear building (Building B). Once parked, follow the brick walkway to the center of the building and go through the door with the Lehoux Art sign above it. The door to the shop is directly on the right as you enter the building.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please contact Danielle at danielle@lehouxart.com ASAP so that we have the ability to fill your spot with another student. You will receive a credit toward a future workshop. If you are sick or feel like you may be coming down with something, please stay home. There are no refunds once the workshop begins. In the event that Lehoux Art cancels this workshop, you will receive a 100% refund in the same form as the original payment was made or choose to be issued a credit towards a future class. Any credits must be used within one year of issue.
